Cancellation fee
If services are cancelled without a 4 hour notice, the client is responsible for full payment of those services.
Key pickup/return ........................................................ $16
We request 2 keys at the the meet & greet. Your keys will be kept securely on file for future walking/pet sitting assignments. If we are required to make a special trip to pickup/return keys, our usual visit rate ($16) will apply.
Early morning/late evening visits surcharge ................ $5
A surcharge for visits scheduled before 7:00am/after 9:00pm.
House check (no pets) .................................................. $16

Meet & Greets
Meet & greet visit ......................................................... N/C*
A walker/sitter visits your home to meet you and your pet(s), become familiar with your house, review with you what you’d like your pet’s visit to entail, pickup keys and complete all necessary paperwork.

who book four or more walks/visits.
If a client is booking fewer than four visits or if an additional meet & greet is requested, our standard 20-minute visit rate ($16) will apply. Meet and Greet appointments without a 24hr
notice will be charged at our standard 20-minute visit rate.
Medications .................................................................. N/C
Routine medications are dispensed at no charge. More time-consuming treatments, such as subq hydrations with an IV may require a surcharge and will be assessed individually.

Please note our standard rates always include up to two pets per household.
Standard hourly rate .................................................... $34
If, for any reason, we are required to remain with your pet(s)
or at your residence for a period of time longer than than your scheduled visit, our standard hourly rate of $34 will apply.
Miscellaneous/supply fees
If additional supplies are required during the course of a pet sitting assignment such as food, potty pads, cleaning supplies, etc., we will purchase these items and invoice you for the receipt amount plus a $16 trip charge.
Avoid these charges by ensuring that you have ample supplies for the duration of the pet sitting assignment.
